There was this video that I thinking would help me plan out my game this video is called Natural Resources, it is about how to use things that we can use over and over and how you can recycle things and not to trash the world.
another on is The 3 Rs and it tells you how much we wast and how its not good for us or the earth.

what I think that was cool about the game!!!!!
I like how they made mickey more like a cartoon and how its telling a story when they are playing the game. and I also like how they made all of this so cool and when I was watching the into about the game I forgot that it was a game because it looked like it was going to be a movie that's how good it was to me I really liked it. and the person who made this game want people to know that there is a nice part of mickey but there is also a bad part to,to be that hero. and there is also a cartoon name oswald the lucky bunny and he was lost to Walt Disney because he did not sign a contract, so oswald is back but he is not happy about being rejected, but he needs to stop thinking about that and needs to stared helping mickey. I think that this is going to be a really cool and fun game to play.

Do you play games on your free time? Which ones do you play and why are they your favorite? Does this topic give you a new perspective about playing games? why or why not?

I dont really like to play games when I have my free time because I have things to do, like work on things that will to bring up my grade. But if I had to pick on game that I would play is the game called Pac Man that is on of my favorite games. and yes it dose give me a new perspective about playing games because I know that are some cool games out there you just have to look for them.

"STRANGE DAYS ON PLANET EARTH"

jim is trying to find out if there are aliens. and he was hooked on how animals and and insects move. bugs are small but in big groups they can do alot of bad things. the bugs are always eating the wood and new Orleans has most of there houses in wood. and most of them have tormights already have them then the take down the house.when they find the nest of the big then they take it out from the underground and replace it with another one.bugs can do alot of things PART 2

lake Victoria is the biggest tropical lake . Corot are attracting alot of people but there are not increasing. and some weeds are building up in the lakes and it is cussing people to get sick because the water is not clean. but then they clean up the place and lake Victoria is looking better and the people are too.david duffy is studying how land sides are not good for the animals in Hawaii and that is at risk. And aorund the world people are trying to save the places where they live so that they can still live there.

The spices can move from one place to other like a flee can get on a animal by like the flee would be on a plant and then get on the animal. climate change it is getting faster then it was a long time ago. in 2001 we where using more ful that the plans use. in some places the temp raised to 11F. 60,00 animal have gone because of climate change. alot of the elders say how it was in the 30s and 40s and they look at it now and are worry that the climate changing so fast that the elders are worry about no food passing by them and then they will die. now its had to find food for the animal because that means more snow and more wolfs to eat the animal calboo die because it is so cold and if the weather dose not change they can not recover.and some people think they cant do something because its a big thing but you can do something. over 70% id earth surface of water.

THE AGE OF STUPID

the Age Of Stupid is a film that is all about money and what our earth looks like and what it will look like if we don't stop all the bad thing that we put in it. Did you know that we are the biggest consumer, and we like to drink alot of water from bottles when we can just get water from the tap there is 42 million water bottles sold everyday and then trashed. This film was also about oil and gas did you know that data we counted and not by car or any running thing on the ground it is flying that is the worse for us because it is in the sky!!!! And then there is a thing called a wind farm with wind turbines and some people who want the wind farm and some that don't and then I think that those people are crazy that they dont want the wind farm because it makes to much noise or it takes to much of the view. Its crazy that we have to go to war just to get oil and things that we need when we really dont need it,just think of what the earth will be if we dont slow down on this we wont have earth. And some people get on bikes and go out to say no to cars because cars use alot of gas and that dose not help the earth. one lady has to buy and then seal oil or gas from the black market because some of the gas stations are not open because they dont have any more ful to give or there is a lot of people in a big line. That is crazy what can happen in years and what will it do later on in life. And just thik of what people will say later on they will blam us for not thinking and not takeing care of where we live the only place we have thats why its called the age of stupid!!

CHOOSING A TOPIC
My topic is ocean warming I picked this topic because I want people to know what is happen under the water and what they can do to try to help stop it. I also picked this topic because I wanted to learn more about it and I like learning about water and some people don't know what things under water can do for us like what the coral reefs they help us with the air and sometimes with our meds. Some of the games I played where about recycling and pollution because if we litter then some might in up in the water and become ocean warming. Did you know that the temp. under is like 2 dregs higher then it was thats not good. CORAL REEFS ADVENTURE
on Monday the 4 of Oct. we saw a video called Coral Reef Adventure and it was talking about what can coral reefs do for us and what they where. A coral reef is a great expanse of coral and sponges etc. the coral reefs are found off the coastal and in the oceans, these coral reefs are in danger because we are over fishing and that is bad because when we over fish we take away the fish that take care of the reefs.We can stop killing the reefs by not fishing that much and when we do fish we have to try not to over fish. Coral reefs help us restore our Heath and have to do with the air that we take in. Coral reefs have been going strong for 6o million of years!! coral reefs are also dieing because of ocean warming the water is 2 deg. warmer then normal. I think 10 years ago they said that something wiped out most of the coral reefs. I think that we can tell people around the world that we need the coral to live and the fish need them too we can have a blog that talks all what we can do to help stop ocean warming and save the coral reefs.

What I have learned about this video is that we need to do something now because if we dont then it is not looking to good for us or for things that we need to live. Like the ice caps are not going to be there for long because of what we are doing, And with the polar bears we are seeing things that we did not see before like the polar bear was going after a walrus. we have lost 1/2 of land that where used for something. we need to see what we are doing to our earth and what it can become if we dont fix what we did, there are less animals then what we use to have some of them dont have water because of the adaptation that we have made and that also goes into global warming.

teen pregnancy- teen pregnancy is a good topic because that is the reason some people are not getting s good education because they have to take care of there babies and sometimes if they are lucky the school will have a place for the babies to stay until the mom or dad gets out of school.

drugs- drugs are not good for you and sometimes it can kill you and that's also the reason way some kid in high school are dropping out of school and when you know someone who is doing drugs that's what wants to make you do them to because they can be older then you and you think that is its cool but its not.

Child abuse- child abuse is a good topic because some kids here in the east side are getting abused and I'm not saying all of them are but I think it is good to have that topic to show how child abuse can keep a kid from going to school or talking to any one about what is going one in there family.

smoking- I think that smoking will be a good game idea because sometimes that is the way to drugs because they see friends doing it so thats way they want to do it to and its not good for them even know that they say they not smoking that much it all adds up in the years that they do.

REFLECT ON GAME REVIEW
The most game genre I'm interested in using in my game is a sci. like how the world would change if we don't do something about global warming. I think it will be a good idea to use that game genre so that people can see what the world will be if we do something about it.

AN INCONVENIANT TRUTH

What I think about the documentary: What I was thinking when I saw it, it was really good I mean he was talking about hiw the wold is and how it will be if we do not do something about it now.
What do I think about global warming: I think that global warming is bad because it is not good for the world .
How dose the info that I heard make me feel:The info that I heard was like opening my eyes because that movie came out in 2006 and he showed that it was real bad then so right now it must be worse so that makes me feel bad makes me think what can happen if dont do something now.

WHAT I FEEL

I'm so happy that im getting this tech thing down in flash and the wiki page and the team page and the game idea and how the cover is going to be on the game and how the game is going to be like. and doing the flash thing is cool because we get to make the thing that we need to do and then we save it and put on the wiki pages and team pages. And doing all this with mrs.miller its all good because she puts everything you need to do and know it is so good to get and know what you are doing she is a good teacher. I love doing the tech class and the wiki game idea!!! hope to do it next year. and the people from new york are good because they kind of know more then the people here and they help use with the flash and I have to give it the school and the people who came in from new york I have picked up from the frist time I did flash and wiki because I was bad the helf of the school year because I did not know how to do nothing i never harded of flash before or wiki but know I know

EARTH WEEK

GLOBAL WARMING- The atmosphere has a natural of greenhouse gases. the capture heat and keep the earth warm but if the earth gets to hot the wildlife Sea level could rise between 7 and 23 inches. And it can affect on the humans that it will be to hot and it is good to educate because we have to stop because it will get to hot. CLIMATE CONTROL- a thermostat for controlling a heating or air-conditioning system if we use to much like when it hot outside we can open up window and it can affeect use because we can run out of it. AIR POLLUTION- Every day, the average person inhales about 20,000 liters of air. Every time we breathe, we risk inhaling dangerous chemicals that have found their way into the air.
Air pollution includes all contaminants found in the atmosphere. These dangerous substances can be either in the form of gases or particles.
Air pollution can be found both outdoors and indoors. Pollutants can be trapped inside buildings, causing indoor pollution that lasts for a long time.
The sources of air pollution are both natural and human-based. As one might expect, humans have been producing increasing amounts of pollution as time has progressed, and they now account for the majority of pollutants released into the air. and if we dont act now the affect can be that we can take in the bad air and die form it. GROUND POLLUTION- Ground-water pollution, stratum contamination, and ground-air pollution are all types of ground pollution. It is the consequence of noxious industrial wastes being dumped. The ground is soaked with them, and contamination is accumulated little by little. As a result, plants begin to die. Then, creatures die too. If the ground is polluted, man will not be able to live either. And the affect on use can be that we cant have frash water. WATER CONSERVATION-

FLASH

WHAT HAS BEEN HARD: What has been hard for me when it comes to flash is that when im working sometimes I cant find out where the tools are and it is hard to keep up and find where the tools are when we are doing the flash. WHAT CAN BE DONE: What can be done in the class room is that when we are doing the flash everyone has to act right because I know that I want to get the flash done so that I can keep with with what I'm doing. WHAT DO I THINK: I think that the flash is important because it will show us how to do the game the right way and not wrong way and I think that this is so cool to that we get to make a game on the computer.WHAT DO I FEEL: I feel that doing the flash well help me do the game better and know how to put in buttons and how to do color on the page and to make things move on the page. THINGS IN CLASS ROOM: yes the distractions in the class room keep me from doing the flash because I cant here ms.miller talking over the kids who are talking. THE VIDEO: The video on the wiki Page dose help allot because you can see how they are doing it on the flash and then when you go on the flash yo know what to do too. HELPING MYSELF: I think I can help myself by doing what I'm doing all the time and I think I will be ok. ABOUT FLASH: I think flash will help me in the future because when I go to 7Th grade I will know what to do and it will go by smooth. And maybe I can so people who are new how to do the simple things like how to make a button or add color or make things move on the page. I like flash a lot!!!!!!!!!!

The visit from shannon was cool because she was showing us how to upload the flash file to our wiki page so noone will mess with them on the desktop or delete them amd she showed us how to make the fla to a swf file and the fla file is where you can make changes and the swf is just the pic that you mad. team progress

The team is doing good we have been getting along good no fights and our team capin has been on top on things like he is makeing shure that people are doing what he said to do. So we are doing good and I hope we keep it up.

When I was drawing in flash I was learning how to make the stars and how to move the pic to where I want it. and how to add color. So that I can do the levels and it will be good because I will know what to do and I wont get lost on the flash.

MY TEAM

Working with my team is good because we get along well some times we do but we work good together and we get things done and when we did our paper prototypes we did good but I thank it could have have done a lot better. And we needed more math in the game and put that in out paper prototypes to make the grade go a little higher than it is. I was still confused about the math in our game. some of the bad moments where when the team is not working together

oh my god it is snowing in Austin TX. it has not snowed in a long time and it is snowing hard im so happy about that and getting out of school maybe so it is so cool that this is happening and when the news said that it was going to snow today we all said yeah right but look now it is snowing I hopw it gose on all day because I love the snow and I want to go home to and play in it with my mom and eveyone that I know. I'm so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
